Power yoga

Power yoga is a faster version of traditional yoga. In this we concentrate more on practicing yoga asanas other than chanting or meditation. In general when we do other yoga practices, we won’t get the sweating. But in power yoga practice we sweat a lot. It is more concentration on the strengthening of body parts. It enhance the flexibility. When the body sweats, the more the toxin gets removed from the body traditions yoga followers thy believe in regular yoga practice.
